It is great pleasure for me and my colleagues board members of Saudi Egyptian industrial investment company to brief in short words one of the mutual and friendly co-operation fruits between the two brotherly countries Arab Republic of Egypt and the kingdom of Saudi Arabia represented in the establishment of our company in 1975 G. with an authorized share capital of US$100 Million equally  share by the two countries .

The paid up capital amounting US$ 20 Million has been equally paid upon establishment in order to start its activities and to promote industrial development in Egypt by investing in feasible projects .      

Over the past years  the company has accomplished successful and distinguished achievements as paid up capital raised to US$62 million in addition to the participations in several industrial projects  by 156 million Egyptian pound approx. The company seeks to diversify investments portfolio to create new investment opportunities for reinforcement of industrial investments.
