Saudi Egyptian industrial investment company is an investment company  established in accordance with the Saudi Egyptian declaration issued on 1394 H, 1974G., with an authorized share capital of US$100 million equally share by the governments of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Arab Republic of Egypt  in order to promote the mutual activities and develop economic co-operation between the two countries mainly in industrial sector. 

 The company initiated its activities due to republican decree No.676 of1975G, on May 25,1975 having all the rights and authorities to carryout its role with full financial and administrative independence
